My name is Mark Mitchell, I am a Marine Corps/ Desert Storm Veteran. NRA and USCCA certified Instructor specializing in proper handling of firearms and gun safety. My concealed weapons classes are very detailed and accommodate beginners as well as seasoned shooters.

SAFETY
1) Always treat the gun, as if loaded.
2) Always keep the gun pointed in a safe direction.
3) Always keep your finger off the trigger, until ready to shoot.
4) Learn the mechanical and handling characteristics of the gun you are using.
PERMIT
1) Allows concealed carry in most public places.
2) Allows purchase of a firearm on the same day.
3) Valid for 7 years
4) Allows concealed carry in 34 other states.
5) Allows for carry of other weapons.
SITUATIONAL AWARENESS
Being aware of your surroundings and identifying potential threats. It is more of a "Mindset" than a hard skill. Using your brain is the first line of defense.
